Negative effects of low carb diet

Even Robert Lustig who was against sugar stated that eating fiber makes eating sugar less harmful. One reason I strongly oppose your diet is that the meat heavy diet contains no fiber whatsoever which can contribute to constipation. In no way, shape or form did I or do I follow Taubes diet, except that I eat a good amount of nuts. Well lets just hope you dont get colon cancer from all your fiber. There are plenty of studies showing high fiber causes colon cancer. But you just keep negative effects of low carb diet the science like Dr. Oz. I think maybe I spoke negative effects of low carb diet little too strongly. I think what I oppose is the idea that a person can eat all the saturated fat they want, just as long as they dont eat carbs. I also oppose the idea that a person can eat all the simple carbs they want, just as long as they dont eat fat. Also, the idea that a person can eat all negative effects of low carb diet want, just as long as they exercise. If I stated I eat some sugar, please understand that I try not to eat too much of it. I do think the evidence suggests that too much, rather than a moderate amount of negative effects of low carb diet fat can lead to hardening of the arteries. Even Loren Cordain, who wrote the Paleo diet, stated that that was the case. Likewise, some sodium is good, but too much is harmful. Even if a person eats meat, they can eat leaner meats as well as more fish. I also dont think fat or simple carbs per se, make a person fat, but rather eating these to excess. Continue reading

You dont realize how much you have, until you lose it. It starts from you extremities, revealing the separation and vascularity of you forearms, and works its way up. Immediately my abs became clearer, veins started to run up my legs up to my knees. My quads split right down the center.
